Accessibility
Built for everyone. Here's how.
We aim for WCAG 2.2 at level AA, the international standard for accessible websites, so you can use this site whatever your screen or eyesight.
Last checked: 10 October 2026
What we do
What we do so everyone can use it.
-
Works with a keyboard
Every link and button works from the keyboard, and a skip link jumps straight to the content.
-
Easy to read
All text has contrast above the 4.5:1 the standard asks for, and most of it is above 7:1.
-
Zoom and small screens
Pages reflow down to 320 pixels wide or 400% zoom, with no scrolling sideways at all.
-
Ready for screen readers
Real headings, named buttons and clear links. Decorative icons and pictures stay silent.
-
Calm motion
Nothing ever flashes, and if your device asks for less motion, every movement stops.
-
Two languages, same content
Every page exists in full in Greek and in English, each with its language declared.
How we checked
How we checked it.
We haven't yet tested with people who use a screen reader or other assistive technology every day. If that's you, your feedback would help us more than anything.
-
Every page, both languages
Titles, landmarks, button names and image texts, on every single page, in Greek and in English.
-
Contrast, measured
Every text colour was measured against its real background, never guessed from the design.
-
Phones and zoom
We checked every page from 320 to 1920 pixels wide, with nothing cut off or scrolling sideways.
Limits
What we can't control.
WCAG is published by the W3C. Version 2.2 at level AA is the basis of the European standard EN 301 549 and of the European Accessibility Act.
-
Other sites
Our social networks and bouzoukia.app have their own accessibility, which we cannot control from here.

Your email
When you write to us, your own email program opens, with its own accessibility settings.
